Sounds like from homeowner responses nobody knew he was there. They found his hat there in the morning and that's when they checked the video recordings. Apparently he woke up sometime and wandered off (unless those urban coyotes are getting more aggressive than we think )

That is the part that after I get over the anger at the scum, always makes me even more angry at the people supporting this. Some of these people can't be reached or helped. A lot of them "could be". Problem is they are now a commodity. The "homeless", the "drug addicted", the people who support this are often doing it because it makes them HUGE money. The ones who run around and ask for funds to "fix" this problem are often making huge money and then they make it a point to never fix anything as they can then ask for more money. Meanwhile look at the suffering they cause so they can get wealthy off it.
