I was at Busch Gardens in Virginia with my wife and as we were waiting in the switchback line to the coaster my wife gasped. I asked her what was wrong and she discreetly whispered that the gentleman had a tattoo on his neck written in Japanese Kanji that literally translated as "mentally ill" or "clinically insane".

Another time someone had a tattoo that read "keep refrigerated". As best we could figure he probably wanted "I'm cool" or something to that effect.
