I know.
When I was 18 I worked at a place that hired folks straight off the plane from other countries. I remember finding boot prints on the seats several times. Many company meetings had a component of proper crapper use.

What gets me is places like Mexico.
Mostly modern plumbing and sewer systems. With the exception that you can't flush the crap tickets.
