APPETIZER (not pictured)

Started with a roll of french bread, sliced to toastable pieces, and toasted till very warm but now brown.

Then spread butter, goat cheese, olive spread, and pesto, lightly over it.

BEVERAGE (pictured)

Was Widmer Hefeweizen

(not really, i am of course to young to drink so i had root beer)

MAIN COURSE (pictured)

Was pizza!

started with extremely flat dough

then added

-VERY light layer of red sauce
-4 cheeses
-diced tomatoes
-diced olives
-whole and diced sauteed mushrooms
-peperoni
-verboort sausage (locally made)

seasoned with

-pepper
-a touch of Mrs. dash ( both classic and table blend)
-Italian herbs


No desert today.

GUNZ AND SHIZ

1. Knife was a black eagle (European blade not imported to the U.S.)
2. Walther PPK in .380 auto with 7 round mag in and two more ready to go (both 7x)
3. AR with a bravo company upper and a spikes lower with 30 round mag fully loaded. (+2 more x30 rounders) all loaded with LC m855 (also numerous stripper clips and a spoon.)
4. PSL with PSOP 4x scope and a shooters ridge bipod, full mag inserted with two more ready to go (10x per mag and loaded with Prvi 150gr soft points)

So is this the first dinner he's ever cooked, or am I missing something important? Obviously something came up in a previous thread that I have missed while I was away.

Ah, I was wondering as well :D

I give that a 7, cause it looks like there's not much food there!
 
so far on arfocme it hasn't gotten below a 8 and highest is a 11

I'm European, so you don't want to hear me talk about food.
I find the culinary arts quite relaxing as well as rewarding. Always a challenge.

Best way, though, is to teach yourself. Unfortunately, too many of my friends and collegues don't even bother. This I don't understand, considering the wonderful benefits.

Never say that, you don't give yourself nearly enough credit.

I meant that I was picky, I apologize if it came off wrong - because I would never make such a claim without backup.

Eventually I'd love to have a few of you over for some good food and conversation. I'd rather do that than meet in a restaurant.
