That was bizarre, and totally unheard of... I'm also sort of curious as to what caused the guy's sudden change in attitude, since he didn't mind being licked the first time around.

Also, anybody else think it was dumb he showed his face in the video? I sure didn't want to see that!

I certainly don't know what happened outside of camera view, but before the excitement, I was thinking this deer is a bit too friendly and I wouldn't trust it, especially around kids. I have been around large dogs and even horses that insist on getting attention, and if they had some antlers, they could be dangerous even though they weren't trying to be. In this case with the deer, the deer also could have been "marking" the people, with amorous intentions.

edit: Maybe the deer in the OP video went to the hunters because they had a deer scent product on their clothes from a previous deer hunt. Just a guess.
