Both are old and very heavy. Back when they made these from solid steel.
Both appear functional BUT they are both missing powder storage tubes. These parts may be hard to come by. One of them had a tube but it got destroyed (shattered) in the box. Pieces got thrown away.
Free to the first person who will find a way to get them fully functional and then put them to use or give away to someone else.
