Not sure if this has been shared here yet, but figured I would share anyways. Firearms Policy Coalition is looking for plaintiffs for a lawsuit. Let's stop SB5078!! Because there's too many other counties with THIS going on….

It's about presentation to the jury. They think suburban, upper-middle-class moderates will be better optics for the urban juries than "those icky backcountry Trumphumper mouthbreathers pictured above"... same reason why Dick Heller was the final plaintiff in taking it to SCOTUS despite Shelly Parker being the original plaintiff.

In a related note Sportsmans Warehouse just blasted out a "panic now BUY WHILE YOU CAN!" email and I shot back "And y'all did WHAT to try to help stop this while it was on the Legislative floor and are now doing WHAT to support the FPC and SAF lawsuits?"
