so im trying to complete my new lower. im just looking for a bare bones upper, ready to service. im trying to keep it below $300 so as long as it fires youve got a pretty good chance of convincing me to buy it. if it has a barrel attached but stripped otherwise, id still like to hear your offer. PSA is preferred, as it will match my lower, of course its not important. must be in .223/5.56.

i noticed it says WTB on the title, i dont know why it does and it will not change in the edit bar.
