Interesting. Might be worth getting one.

I was thinking of taking some of my sculpting experience and starting to make some pancake style or crossbreed style holsters. So one of theirs would be cheap research.

It is pretty easy to mold kydex, even without a dedicated oven or press. I just use a heat gun and a leather glove or sometimes just a towel to protect my hand from the heat, press it to the gun, wait for it to cool. You can get good results with this very cheap investment. I have made a number of hybrid leather/kydex holsters and they work very well, at a fraction of the cost of manufactured ones.

Post some photos and a review once you get your holster... would be interested to see the quality of the work as compared to say, Crossbreed.
