Built a Hi Standard G380 patterned after an OSS trial silenced P-380 that Hi Standard developed for the OSS in the final months of WW2. The war ended before the contract could be fulfilled and Hi Standard had to eat the entire contract. They sold 7000 of the G380's without the integral silencer and practically couldnt give them away. They cheaped out on the guns and sold them with fixed sights and no trigger pull adjustment. Its Hi Standards only centerfire pistol and its only take down external hammer fired pistol . 6 shots of .380 and one in the chamber. I used a 4340 tube and 4140 end caps, 15 XRT stainless cones double clipped and bored to .410" .
