Food Underground

I plan on hiding my supplies underground. I will be keep the supplies in sealed PVC pipes. Here's my problem, I don't know what food to store underground. Standred freezes dried food won't fit. The pipe is only 4 inches wide. I was thinking about using 1 liter bottles but I don't know. Anyone have any ideas?

Have consider taking the food out of the store packages and inserting into mylar pouches, label them and then putting into the PVC tube. You cut 1 gallon mylar bags to the size you need, use a mylar heat sealer on open sides except what you determine to be the top, insert dried goods,)beans, rice, mac n cheese, oatmeal, etc) along with a oxygen absorber, heat seal top, sit over night, oxygen gone means seals are good and put a variety in the tube cap and seal.
