Has anyone used .FN Herstal 5.56 M855 62gr Steel Core Penetrator? If you have, what are some pros and cons of this ammo. I know it is made in Belgium and they use it for the military...? I know you can't use steel core on metal targets or indoors. I would like to know any info. Is it actually made in Belgium? Is it military surplus? Does it penetrate any better? Will it be decent when SHTF?
