Anything that would protect a shooters eyes, ears or cause them to shoot more accurately... diminishing the possibility of inadvertent damage/injury... is unlawful.

Technically, it is limited to semi-automatic rifles. However, it remains a gray area as to how WA will actually use it. Namely, they have deemed the "accessories" as not actually accessories, but assault weapon features designed to enable a firearm to act "like" a weapon designed for military use.
