So where close to Lewis County Washington is there to hint turkey. Wife really wants to try with the bow and I with the shotgun. Grew up here in the area and have never once seen a turkey while out in the woods. Bad luck or this just isn't the place to find them? Any help on where to find em halfway nearby would be appreciated. Thank you!

    I don't think so.
I believe you have to go east a little further

Tell me I'm wrong and I'll try to find 'em with ya.Much cheaper than going to eastern Wa

I have heard they are here on the west side. Just need to find out where. I've pored on other forums as well but no one is coughing up any info. Lol! Can't say I can blame them. I'm just looking for some public land to hunt.

Now that I think of it,they did plant some down there somewhere.

I would go to the state site and see where they planted them.Anybody on this side wouldn't give up location.Don't believe there is too many down there, yet
On the other side they are pests that need controlling,so the locals will help
