Firearm purchasing law question.

When I was young, (18 yr old) i was convicted of Harassment (class B misdemeanor) (more specifically ORS 166.065(3)) in Oregon. I was simply wondering if anybody would know if I am still allowed to purchase a firearm in Oregon? I've done my best to research the subject, with no success... Thanks for your help!

Here is the form 4473 you have to fill out. Oregon follows federal law.

can you fill out the 4473 honestly and not run afoul? If so I would assume you can buy a firearm. You could always call OSP and do a BGC on yourself.
