Yeah, this is why I carry at the 3 o'clock position. And also use a clip on holster. I am aware that belt carry means some amount of flagging of leggy bits, but I like to keep the naked gun flaggy time to a minimum and also flagging the least critical bits of my body. The outside of the leg has a hole lot less critical bits than the inside.

But there are pros and cons to everything. Hip carry means I have ingrained a weird posture where my elbow locks in over the grip, especially when I am standing in line and my back will always be towards a person. Control is less of an issue when your gun is right above your dong. That space is just naturally quite protected.
