Well figured I'd post a few pics of projects I've been working on for a customer. Not just handle work but stepped out a bit and rebuilt guard and hilt out of stainless. First was a Benchmade with rubber handle. Customer wanted stag handle. Had to remake the hilt to make sure it wouldn't void his warranty. Maintained factory screwed on hilt design for that reason. Second was a knife that was originally built with a cous deer horn. Handle turned hard right into the palm. Customer asked to straighten tang, make new stag handle, and sand down and polish marks on blade. Found original guard was aluminum. So decided to remake the guard as well out of stainless. End cap is a foreign coin that originally came on it. Epoxied it together. All in all #4&5 knives I've done in stag. Loads of fun and still lots to learn.
