Finish work near eugene?

I'm in eugene. I have an arsenal slr 107fr with all it's terrible finish glory.

I'd like to have it parkerized (it may already be, not sure)
And then I'd like it duracoated or something of the like just in a solid black

So stripped, park'd if isn't already, and coated in black.

Looking for someone private or a shop to do this PROFESSIONALLY

*I had a pistol done by someone who claimed to know what they were doing and well it sucks

Anyway anybody have in suggestions around eugene? Rather not travel to Portland.
