Depending on what it's for you can order them online and do them yourself. How many do you need? I may have some extras laying around.

If you don't mind me asking; what for? I've rolled my own for both NFA purposes and once to add a Responsible Person to an 01FFL. In all cases, no issues with doing just that. The different card types can be ordered for free online on BATFE's site. Ink pads can be had on Amazon for a few bucks.

Here's the link to order free ATF cards. Just be sure to order the right ones for whatever you're doing (e.g., NFA, FFL, etc.).
