Finding neighbors: places to look? Medford OR

So, looks like my neighbors are moving out. I live on a 10 acre place, which I am turning into a permaculture/organic self sustainment farm/ranch. There are two houses on this property, and the houses are pretty close to each other.

The landlord asked me to start looking for someone to rent the place. The rent is very reasonable, and it is located outside Medford on agricultural land, so the rules are very lax. My question is, where should I start looking for likeminded people to recommend to the landlord? Forums, local groups, *gasp* craigslist? Suggestions welcomed!
