Very nice, that's certainly a fine addition to a WW2 era collection.

Thanks, this was the hardest one to find followed by my '36 strawed Luger. At an acceptable price at least. All pretty easy to get if youre willing to run bids up.

The 36 is my favorite year. WW2 with the best finishes and gold, "strawed", components.

I have the P38, Pistole 640b (German model assigned to the high power) but a broom handle instead of the Luger.
The Pistole 640b was issued largely to SS due to the high magazine capacity.

Very nice pistol congratulations. But you didn't win anything. What you did was pay more then anyone else never understood why this would be considered winning.

I have (won auctions) on guns and items usually middle to end of month penny auctions for way cheap. Just my .02
