Filing Extra Slots on CZ75 SP-01 Tactical?

Hi all, wondering if anyone has ever heard of filing extra slots on the CZ 75 SP-01 Tactical. I have a light that protrudes in the front but sits flush on a SP-01 Phantom because the Phantom has 2 extra rail slots. I've worked with Japanese sword furniture which requires a lot of detail filing/work in all types of metal but wanted to if know adding extra slots on any steel pistol railing system has been done before with success.

Comments/suggestions are much appreciated. Apologies in advance if this is a ridiculous question. Very much new to firearms in general.

Here are the stock pics. 1st is the Tactical with 3 slots on the accessory rail, 2nd pic is the Phantom with 5 slots. I'm pretty sure you were right on with what I meant.

You should have enough "meat" there to add slots but I am in agreement that it might make a better finished job if the new slots were milled.
