FFL needed for person to person transfer as close to Oregon/Washington border on I5

Trying to find an FFL for a person to person transfer.
Needs to be on Oregon side and as close to Washington border and as close to I5 as possible.

Any suggestions on places would be much appreciated!

Not sure how far is "close" but J&B Firearms is my go-to for transfers in the Portland area. They are in Beaverton, but have good highway access from the 217.
