Does anyone have a reliable FFL that will do transfers for a Washington resident that wants to buy a firearm from an Oregon seller? Prefer the FFL be located in the Delta Park/Jantzen Beach area? TIA, Bob

SW WA surplus is maybe 5 min from there on the WA side.

I've met many people from OR to do the FFL work there. $20.

Clark county gunsmithing is right off evergreen. Great people, I've done a couple out of state transfers there.

I am looking for an FFL in Oregon in the Delta Park/Janzen Beach area. I know about the two mentioned here in Washington. Thanks

I may be misunderstanding here, but it sounds like the buyer is a Washington resident? If so the transaction needs to take place at an FFL in Washington.

Not if it is a rifle. WA res can purchase a rifle in OR from a FFL. If it was a pistol yes it needs to go to a WA through a FFL.
