Your "likes" are 18. You get them when people hit the "like" button at the bottom of your posts.

Your "trading stats" are 26, with 29 total "positive" feedbacks received.
You get these from buying/selling etc when someone posts feedback on a transaction.

It is probably 26, instead of 29, because someone posted multiple times (possibly because you dealt with the same person multiple times?). At least that's how it is on another forum I've used.

I would ask a Mod.

@Joe13 is correct, the total score of 26 means you've had 26 positive experiences with different people. The 29 figure is due to you dealing with one or more of those people multiple times.
