As much as I'm in favor of anything that makes Illinois Nazis Politicians look bad, it sounds like the suit was very poorly done. In keeping with Heller's precedent, states have the right to regulate carry of firearms. And that means that they also have the right to craft their own policies, which doesn't happen over night.

I don't' like the result at all. And Illinois' records on all things decent is so bad it defies description. but it sounds like the judge threw out what amounts to a nuisance suit.
