Crime.
  • Crime against people
  • Crime against property
  • best yet, 'crimes' against the government.

The last is what they are really worried about.

Yeah, don't threaten the government. Everyone knows only the government is allowed to issue threats, and government is a jealous beetch.

The "mostly peaceful" coup is almost finished. Everyone just continue to be compliant subjects, err citizens and watch your brainless media programs until the president-select is permanently instilled.

We need a better virus...

That is like saying water is wet.. Gotta love pointless government nonsense. I bet they had a 10 person team and $250k in gov budget to create that single page warning.

If there is no readily identifiable victim, there cannot be a crime.
Not to say that there can't be an arrest, a social media crap storm, conviction by the MSM, suspension or dismissal from employment, and ostracism by friends and neighbors. Of course there will also be an absurdly costly legal defense leading up to some eventual court ruling. At that point, even an acquittal might seem irrelevant to the person whose reputation, family, and livelihood have already been destroyed beyond recovery.

"No crime" does not mean they cannot break you.

Description:
The FCC Enforcement Bureau issued today an advisory to remind licensees and operators in the Amateur and Personal Radio Services that they may not use radio equipment to commit or facilitate crimes.

You mean you are not supposed to commit crimes? Who knew! Sure glad the crack squad at the FCC gave us a heads up.

Good grief.
