I have noticed that I watch too much tv lately but a few my faves are...

Heroes
Kings
Deadliest Warrior
Scrubs
and just about anything on the History, History International, Discovery, Military and Science Channels.

For fiction I'd say BSG and Stargate (I need to get a P90) series as my most recent faves . Non fiction would have been Dogfights on History Channel.
