Any recommendations for powder? I'd like to work up a safe load that will come close to heavy ball specs.

I have a finnish Model with a .308" bore and was using 47.5gr of Varget....155gr SMK "palma" bullets and Varget was working very well. I was using Remington 9-1/2 LR primers. Rifle was shooting arround 1/2 MOA at 525yds and MOA at 968yds (scoped of course).

The same powders that work well in 308 or 30-06 would be good to try... I like the reloading info from Hodgdon's web site as it gives you actual pressure readings for the loads so you really know how the powders compare.

I got some PPU ammo so I'd have brass. I've been looking at the gun shows and can't find any more right now. I wouldn't mind trying winchester.
