150 MOA rail? Target 50 meters lower than firing point? How would you see the target without the barrel in the way?
It would be fun to work up to that.

CZ 457 Varmint would be a good base.

Right now it's my Sako P94s, It's what I'm having fun with at the moment, but my Rem 541t is just as accurate. I am looking closely at the Bergara B14R, the Christensen Arms Ranger, Vudoo is awesome and so is the new Zermatt arms action, a Remington 40x repeater would do the job nicely and there's always Anschütz.
