My all time favorite is National Lampoons Christmas Vacation.

Probably followed closely by A Christmas Story.

If I haven't watch each of these 2-5 times before Christmas, something is wrong.

I'm old so "It's a Wonderful Life" will always be my favorite. But of the choices, the Lampoon's movie is my favorite.
Some of the others definitely get honorable mention and "Die Hard" is in a class by itself.

BTW, "Trapped in Paradise" is kind of an unknown movie that I enjoy as well.

Battleground ...from 1948
101Airborne in Bastonge 1944 during the Ardennes Offensive .
And
How the Grinch Stole Christmas...the original cartoon...not the movie.
Andy
I love the original grinch.

I wanted to post the one about his heart growing three sizes and dying to a major heart condition but couldn't find the meme.

Miracle on 34th street. NOT the new one.

A Christmas Carol. NONE of the new ones! 1951 and older.

It's a Wonderful Life

I never have really had a thing for "A Christmas Story". I'll watch it probably but I don't keep glued to it necessarily.

For good fun. "Trading places"

I enjoy these immensely each Christmas. All are must watch.

Die Hard (among best action films)
It's a wonderful life (incredible)
White Christmas (a nearly perfect movie)
Lethal weapon (closely as good as Die Hard)

White Christmas always starts the season off for us, and I still have a thing for Vera Ellen!

Christmas Vacation is always a classic and we need to watch it at least three times before the tree is even up!
Home alone is always good for a few laughs, and the John Candy parts always bring out the laughs!

Love that movie. And those legs....damn!

That part where she's crawling on top of Danny Kaye trying to seduce him, I don't think I could have said no...
