I like the idea. Only problem is that's it's a lot of info that could easily fall into the wrong hands. It should really go in a safe or somewhere secure but then again it depends who you want to easily access it.
 
Thanks for posting this. Reminds me to (among other things) print off my phone contacts.

A few years back, my iPhone went nuts and all of my 200-ish contacts disappeared. They were still in the phone - somewhere completely unavailable to me - and would randomly show up. If I put a new phone number in, it would decide that a picture from my "lost" contacts belonged there.

I never did get all of that confusion cleared up, but I did start keeping a hard copy of my contacts' information. Time to print it off again. If I can remember how.
