Face to Face transfer in Oregon to WA residents

OK - I am a WA resident - Go the to Portland Gun Show with a handgun for sale planning to sell to an FFL.

Another Washington Res. visiting the show wants to buy the hand gun from me. Assuming I do a $10 check at the show can I sell the handgun to the WA resident????

We are residents of the same state but visiting the State of Oregon.

Well at the Oregon Gun show you would only be able to sell to a Oregon FFL. Since you can't FTF a handgun across state lines. SO I would have to say no until you and your WA buyer are back on home turf you couldn't sell to them.
