I started a similar discussion in the reloading forum with a few replies, thought I'd see if I could generate more activity here on my question.

I inherited Dad's gun stuff.
He had 300 pieces of FA Match brass that I will sell.
Through Google searches I now understand what I have.
What I don't know is it's value.
Where to go to find a buyer. I was thinking possibly a gun show.
Also considered going to a certified Service Rifle Shooting Match like the CMP Matches DRRC holds. The next one is March 25.
Any suggestions or direction is appreciated.
Thanks.

Is the brass 30/06? All the same year? Once fired? How many times reloaded?
The problem is the 30/06 is not as popular as it used to be.o_O Service Rifle is now
dominated by the mouse gun (AR). Not as much Garand shooting like it use
to be. I will be attending the DRRC match next Saturday. How about some picks?

PM sent to Ron.

All the brass is deprimed 30.06
All with head stamp:
> FA 58 MATCH
>FA 59 MATCH

Number of firing is unknown
I have no means to measure the brass

I have been in email correspondence with the director of Service Rifle Matches at DRRC.
He will bring this up to the Garand Shooters this weekend and share my contact info if any interest.
Last night I was creeping through the CMP forums.
Lots of activity there. If nothing transpire's here I will register there and get results I'm sure.

I will upload pics this evening
