This looks interesting to me... along with a million other handguns on my wish list! I searched the forums here but didn't find any hands-on reports. Anybody have one or had a chance to check one out? Looks like fun.

RIA makes a nice 9mm 1911, I was surprised how accurate it was for the price.

I am also interested in this combination. There are a few good videos on Youtube about it. I think that it would be okay as a hiking gun for firepower, long range, and "holy smokes that is gotta be a rifle he has" loudness. Home defense would likely leave you with a permanent impairment. I have tinitus, trust me, you don't want it. :(

If the cartridge goes the way of the .41AE, at least its still a double stack 9mm 1911... :)
