Did anyone else note that there were numerous bystanders hanging around, walking through the altercation, and actually following along as the action unfolded? I'm sure the officers were concerned with collateral damage to these bystanding idiots! One bystander even put hands on the fallen perp when he tried to get back up! I hope the knife had fallen far enough away to be out of reach.
