Homeowner interrupts burglary, shoots at suspect | www.kirotv.com
Everett Police are searching for a burglary suspect who may have been shot by a homeowner when he broke into a home in the 1700 block of Cedar Street overnight.
According to police, a homeowner called 911 just after midnight reporting that he had fired one shot at a man who broke into a detached garage at his home in a burglary attempt. The suspect fled after the shooting
and police are unsure at this point if he was hit by the gunfire. Police established a large perimeter and deployed K-9 units in the area but the suspect was not located. The suspect is described as a white male, 5 feet and 9 inches tall with a goatee and a green hooded sweatshirt. Anyone with information is asked to call Everett Police.
