Are you locked out of the woods due to the dry conditions? Need to sniff a little gunsmoke to maintain your sanity?? Deer season coming up and you need to sight in that new smokepole? Check your zero on your Ol' Faithful shootin' iron? Wanna see what size group your favorite rifle will do on a proper shooting range? Well we got a deal for you!
Eugene Izaak Walton club range sighting-in days are back for two weeks only!
Saturday Sept 16 - Sunday Oct 1st, 8am-6pm on Saturday-Sunday, Noon-5pm Monday-Friday.
You don't have to be an Izaak Walton club member. The club range is open to all shooters for the two-week sighting-in days.
Best deal in town! Range choices of 25, 50, 100 or 200 yards. The club supplies the targets, sandbags for your rifle and individual spotting scopes at every bench for you to track your hits. They also have boresighting tools and a chronograph available.
You don't even have to walk downrange to put up, take down or paste up targets. Volunteer club members do it all for you. Just set up, sit down and shoot. No muss, no fuss, no sweat.
Club volunteers are happy to help if you need advice on technical matters too. Inexperienced shooters of all ages are always competently assisted and are NEVER discouraged.
All for the remarkable charge of just $5 per rifle.
If you've never been to the IW range in Eugene, this is an outstanding way to have a cheap look-see. Check the zero on your favorite SHTF rifle(s). Meet other like-minded folks too.
NORTHWESTFIREARMS MEMBERS: Stick a piece of duct tape on your shirt pocket to show you're one of us. Introduce yourself to other Eugene area members you see. Maybe we can start organizing our tribe hereabouts. It couldn't hurt.

The IW Range is just south-west of Eugene. Range address is 30925 Izaak Walton Rd., Eugene, OR if you want a Google map here for driving directions:

IW is an excellent range. It's a lush, beautiful site in the middle of the woods. It's a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere. I've never seen it crowded.
The volunteer Range Officers there are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.
No appointment needed. Just show up, sit down and have fun. C'mon down!
I'll see ya there!
