Since you have one, Does the E4 handle 5.56, or is it like the mini-14 where if it's marked .223 you're only supposed to fire .223?

It should since it is European made, all guns made in Europe are built to higher CIPs. Good question. Best get the SN and call them up.

Sorry but MSAR's were made here in the states. You must be thinking of the Steyr AUG.
