Fixed Error, and Un-Able to delete duplicate image

While attempting to upload an image, an error was experienced. A second attempt to upload, same error. This is while on my smartphone.

I gave up trying to upload, and decided to post text only. At this time, both image uploads were visible. My attempt to "delete" the duplicate via the delete button, only greyed out.
Back-spacing to delete, also did not work.

Alerting Joe, that definitely helps!!
The post however, was fixed by a MOD, which didn't necessarily resolve the issue. Also, at the time I made the thread, the "link" to my post would not paste, directing to. Not that THAT would have helped anyway.
