Again, with the 1st amendment and shouting fire in a crowded theater.. I hate that as an example. You are not limited by anything by doing so. However, with your right comes the responsibility and understanding that you MUST accept the consequences of doing such a thing.

How and why can these guys mistake a responsibility to be a limit on your right?

Edit : I keep saying these guys. Meaning lawmakers both men and women. >.<
