EoTech lawsuit resulting in 100% refunds?

Anyone know anything about this? I saw Larry Vickers post something about Eotech refunds and started digging a bit and found several forums where folks have actually done this.

Sounds like you just contact Eotech and tell them you want your money back.

Curious if anyone else has any real info?

Ive got a XPS-3. To be honest I have not really used it much. I bought it for a rifle I just haven't shot much.

I probably wouldn't send mine back either, mostly because I cant think of anything else Id rather have at the same price point.
