Yah, I'm not optimistic it will see the light of day. Because of the House and a.) It is pro-freedom. b.) It is pro-competence.

Still, the idea is a good one. You know a bare minimum of a regulatory agency being able to process a small form and tax within a three month time window. :rolleyes:

Some jackboot decided what barrel length became illegal unless you paid a phucking tax, same with a muffler! And soon, they will tax mags over a certain capacity if we don't vote the besties out!:mad::mad::mad:
 
Pipe dream.

They throw is a carrot before voting time just like the HPA that could have passed when they had both majorities and a POTUS.

This is some feed the base legislation. If they really wanted to move Democrats, they'd point to the run on guns and ammo in this pandemic and urge a faster method for BGC's (if they're still with us, and I think they will be) and ease the wait for gun purchases for qualified buyers.
