Yah, I'm not optimistic it will see the light of day. Because of the House and a.) It is pro-freedom. b.) It is pro-competence.

Still, the idea is a good one. You know a bare minimum of a regulatory agency being able to process a small form and tax within a three month time window.

This is some feed the base legislation. If they really wanted to move Democrats, they'd point to the run on guns and ammo in this pandemic and urge a faster method for BGC's (if they're still with us, and I think they will be) and ease the wait for gun purchases for qualified buyers.

It would have been hilarious, and helpful, if they included the HPA and a repeal of the Hughes Amendment in the stimulus bill.
