I took the advice of another member and ordered the Elzetta tactial light mount for my Mossberg 500A, and my AR.
Just mounted them tonite.. I like 'em! Easy to attach, they seem VERY well built, and very secure.
Here's the Mossy with the mount and a Romisen single AA light (150 LM) The light seems to have a very firm grip on it. A CR123 light would be even more secure;
No light on the AR as of yet... still deciding what light to get.

I think I'll take 'em out tomorrow and fire some rounds thru 'em..
Bottom line is, the Elzetta product looks to be very well constructed. Happy customer!
*side note; These suckers were shipped FAST! Ordered Friday, they showed up Monday.
