Oregon Elections Division Rulemaking Hearings Today @ 2pm

This is a reminder that there will be a proposed rulemaking hearing held on Tuesday, June 26, 2018, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. The hearing will be held in the Public Service Building, located at 225 Capitol St. NE in Salem, Oregon, on the Fifth Floor, Room 500A. The hearing will cover the following Rules, in OAR Chapter 165:

Division 001, Procedural Rules: 165-001-0015, 165-001-0016, 165-001-0034, and 165-001-0050

Division 005, Voter Registration: 165-005-0055

Division 010, Candidates and Political Parties: 165-010-0005, 165-010-0060, 165-010-0070

Division 013, Election Offenses: 165-013-0010, 165-013-0020

Division 014, Initiative, Referendum and Recall: 165-014-0005, 165-014-0030, 165-014-0100

The hearing on OAR 165-012-0005, regarding the Campaign Finance Manual, has been rescheduled to July 23, 2018 at 3:30 p.m.
