Anyone know what happens if you get your firearm under the 3 day transfer rule, but then you still don't have your BGC approved before midnight on the 7th???

As long as you've received it under that law, are you good to go or will OSP come knocking to take it back???
Recieving it before Dec. 8 is a completely different animal than having not received it before Dec 8. Have your ffl cancel the background check (if that's possible).

Once the permit to purchase is required, background checks applications should drop off a cliff. Will they start a 3rd queue for permit to purchase holders?
You mean the bgc line will double as you'll need 2 background checks. One for the permit and another for the gun. Once the system is put in place (hopefully shot down by courts) there will probably be another rush due to some recent events.

FYI as posted by 72scoutman in another thread. Looks like February now.

I can just imagine the headline now "Thousands of guns allowed to fall into the hands of possible felons!!!"
Meanwhile, in Afghanistan:

The AG said any delay in permit process beyond dec 8 will put the public at risk. Well he just voluntarily extended it 2 months, so by his screwy logic he just put the public at risk. What a fing idiot. He was going to be caught in a lie/bluff about the permit being in place and now he is trying to save face. Prick. I hope those Bruen lawyers hang this fer out to dry and he looks like a fool in front of the whole country.

Damn now if only money market pawn would (among others I can think of).
Not only were they not into it, Money Market folks seemed unfriendly about how they told me they won't when I asked for details and if they could since I'm 35,000 in que as of yesterday. Got a short lecture that it's a loophole and allowed a man to shoot up "a bunch" of people at a church and BESIDES the law if I'd read it says "may" so they aren't required to.

Anyone know if there's any point trying to cancel my bgc with them and have a transfer to a shop friendly to doing the 3 Day transfer? I've only bought guns from Keith's in Gresham or the online stuff to Money Market. So unless Keith's guys are doing 3 Day rules, I'd have to restart with a shop that doesn't know me, which I understand us risky for them taking my word I've never failed before.
