Looks like it does:
1) Annual background check forever (silent, you won't even know it happened)
2) Lifetime waiver of privacy on medical records - are they going to post them on the internet?
Which is worse - I1639 or IP43 + IP44?
I was leaning towards rights to privacy. Medical was one thing. A thread is already talking about drug use. State s Feds. But now that the door is open and Wa. state gave itself more authority over it's citizens, I think there is a case now where what ever rights to welfare and drug use is now at the discretion of the state. Of course I mean even more so. Voters that felt smug over gun rights might not be so happy when they figure many of their rights were given away.
