I noticed Engel Ballistic Research makes non-cycling and cycling subsonic ammo. However the cycling seems to be available for LEO and Military only. Is that a voluntary restriction, or is there some sort of restriction I'm not aware of on that?

My M6A3 has a "suppressed" setting and I kind of wonder if the non-cycling ammo has a better chance of doing what it's not supposed to do with the firearm set that way w/ a can on the end.

    Anyone?

My 7.62x39 Norinco AKM cycles EBR Jackhammer Subsonic just fine.
The only restriction on the ammo is the cost.

Your suppressed mode on most guns shuts off the gas going to back to the action shutting off your cycling anyhow. This keeps the action from opening cutting way down on the noise.
