Just bought an Eberlestock padded shooting mat off Amazon because I need one quick before the Highpower match this Saturday at Estacada Rod and Gun Club. Seems like it will do the job, and my other Eberlestock gear is high quality, so I took a chance. No non-slip rubber pads to help keep elbow or knee in place, but maybe I can sew some on later. I'll write a review here after I've used it a while.
