Easy Concealed Carry Application?

A post popped up on facebook today about a easy online application for a Virginia CCW permit.
It seems to easy and threw up a red flag as possible scam.
Anybody have any info on this ?

Not a scam because if you pay with a credit card you can appeal it. They just get $49 for you to D/L the certificate. Only issue I see is that they dont reciprocate with Washington like Utah does and Florida will not recognize CCW permits issued to out of state CC holders in other states.
Otherwise looks like an easy way 2 get a Virginia CCW. You still have to pay the Virginia CCW fee in addition to the $49.
